Job summary

Maersk in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Partner to support a large-scale, end-to-end supply chain operation. You’ll manage logistics activities, leverage data and systems, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with customers and internal teams.

This role offers exposure to global logistics processes, opportunities to lead operational reviews, and a focus on customer success across multiple modes and regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience with import/export operations preferred.
• Strong Excel, reporting and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer programs per SOPs and KPIs.
• Build strong customer relationships and advise operations.
• Support end-to-end transportation and multi-mode operations.
• Analyze service performance and recommend improvements.
• Translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
• Lead KPI reporting and operational reviews.
