Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Partner to support a large-scale integrated Supply Chain Management operation in Charlotte, NC. You will manage end-to-end logistics activities, leveraging data, systems, and insights to deliver outstanding customer outcomes as a trusted partner to customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include executing programs per SOPs/IOPs/KPIs, building strong customer relationships, and supporting multi-modal transport.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, transportation, or customer operations.
• Experience with both import and export operations strongly preferred.
• Strong systems knowledge and comfort with transportation management platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer programs in accordance with SOPs, IOPs, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Support end-to-end transportation and supply chain operations across multiple modes.
• Analyze service performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Lead KPI reporting and coordinate projects with cross-functional teams.
