Qualifications

- 3+ years in healthcare staffing, workforce management, HR, scheduling, or senior living operations.
- Experience with workforce management platforms such as UKG, OnShift, SmartLinx, Kronos, Workday; SmartLinx preferred.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Multi-site healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor staffing levels across all communities.
- Forecast staffing needs based on census, acuity, and occupancy.
- Maintain position control and vacancy reporting.
- Partner with community leaders on workforce plans.
- Support schedulers with open-shift management.
- Coordinate regional float-pool resources.
- Monitor overtime and premium pay utilization.
- Assist with emergency staffing coverage.
- Monitor staffing compliance requirements.
- Ensure scheduling practices align with wage and hour laws.
- Support audits related to staffing and labor reporting.
