You will partner with community leaders, monitor overtime, and ensure compliance with wage laws while leveraging platforms like UKG and Kronos to optimize staffing efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare staffing, workforce management, HR, scheduling, or senior living operations.
• Experience with UKG, OnShift, SmartLinx, Kronos, Workday, or similar platforms; SmartLinx preferred.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Multi-site healthcare or senior living experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Workforce Planning: Monitor staffing levels across communities and forecast needs based on census, acuity, occupancy.
• Centralized Scheduling Support: Assist schedulers with open-shift management, coordinate regional float-pool resources, monitor overtime.
• Compliance: Ensure scheduling aligns with wage and hour laws and support audits related to staffing and labor reporting.
