Job summary

Oakdale Senior Alliance in Chattanooga, Tennessee seeks a Workforce Management Coordinator to optimize staffing, labor management, scheduling support, and analytics across multiple senior living communities. You will partner with site leaders to forecast needs, monitor occupancy, and ensure compliant, cost-efficient scheduling.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare staffing or workforce management, experience with UKG, Kronos, Workday, or similar platforms, strong Excel/reporting skills,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years in healthcare staffing, workforce management, HR, scheduling, or senior living operations.
Experience with UKG, OnShift, Smartlinx, Kronos, Workday, or similar platforms; SmartLinx preferred.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Multi-site healthcare or senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Workforce Planning: Monitor staffing levels, forecast needs, maintain position control, partner with community leaders.
Centralized Scheduling Support: Assist with open-shift management, coordinate float-pool resources, monitor overtime, assist with emergency staffing.
Compliance: Monitor staffing requirements, ensure wage/hour alignment, support audits.
