Oakdale Seniors Alliance in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Workforce Management Coordinator to optimize staffing across multiple senior living communities. You will oversee staffing planning, labor management, scheduling support, and workforce analytics to improve efficiency and resident care.

Responsibilities include monitoring staffing levels, forecasting needs based on census and acuity, maintaining vacancy reports, and partnering with community leaders on workforce plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years in healthcare staffing, workforce management, HR, scheduling, or senior living operations.
Experience with UKG, OnShift, SmartLinx, Kronos, Workday, or similar platforms; SmartLinx preferred.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Multi-site healthcare or senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor staffing levels across all communities.
Forecast staffing needs based on census, acuity, and occupancy.
Maintain position control and vacancy reporting.
Partner with community leaders on workforce plans.
Support schedulers with open-shift management and regional float-pool resources.
Monitor overtime and premium pay utilization.
Assist with emergency staffing coverage.
Ensure scheduling practices align with wage and hour laws.
