Oakdale Seniors Alliance is seeking a Workforce Management Coordinator to optimize staffing, labor management, scheduling support, and workforce analytics across multiple senior living communities in Chattanooga, TN. This role partners with community leaders to align workforce plans with census, acuity, and occupancy, ensuring compliant labor practices and efficient operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years in healthcare staffing, workforce management, HR, scheduling, or senior living operations.
Experience with workforce management platforms; SmartLinx preferred.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Multi-site healthcare or senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor staffing levels across all communities.
Forecast staffing needs based on census, acuity, and occupancy.
Maintain position control and vacancy reporting.
Partner with community leaders on workforce plans.
Support centralized scheduling with open-shift management and regional float-pool resources.
Monitor overtime and premium pay utilization and assist with emergency staffing.
