Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years in healthcare staffing, workforce management, HR, scheduling, or senior living operations.
- Experience with UKG, OnShift, SmartLinx, Kronos, Workday, or similar platforms; SmartLinx preferred.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Multi-site healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
