• Monitor staffing levels across all communities.
• Forecast staffing needs based on census, acuity, and occupancy.
• Maintain position control and vacancy reporting.

• Support centralized scheduling with open-shift management and regional float-pool resources.
• Monitor overtime and premium pay utilization and assist with emergency staffing.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Planning

• Monitor staffing levels across all communities
• Forecast staffing needs based on census, acuity, and occupancy
• Maintain position control and vacancy reporting
• Partner with community leaders on workforce plans

Centralized Scheduling Support

• Support community schedulers with open-shift management
• Coordinate regional float-pool resources
• Monitor overtime and premium pay utilization
• Assist with emergency staffing coverage

Compliance

• Monitor staffing compliance requirements
• Ensure scheduling practices align with wage and hour laws
• Support audits related to staffing and labor reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years in healthcare staffing, workforce management, HR, scheduling, or senior living operations
• Experience with UKG, OnShift, Smartlinx, Kronos, Workday, or similar workforce management platforms; SmartLinx preferred
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
