Job summary

- 3+ years in healthcare staffing, workforce management, HR, scheduling, or senior living operations.
- Experience with UKG, OnShift, Smartlinx, Kronos, Workday, or similar platforms; SmartLinx preferred.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Multi-site healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning: Monitor staffing levels, forecast needs, maintain position control, partner with community leaders.
- Centralized Scheduling Support: Assist with open-shift management, coordinate float-pool resources, monitor overtime, assist with emergency staffing.
- Compliance: Monitor staffing requirements, ensure wage/hour alignment, support audits.

- Maintain position control and vacancy reporting
- Partner with community leaders on workforce plans
- Support community schedulers with open-shift management
- Coordinate regional float-pool resources
- Monitor overtime and premium pay utilization
- Assist with emergency staffing coverage
- Monitor staffing compliance requirements
- Ensure scheduling practices align with wage and hour laws
- Support audits related to staffing and labor reporting
