Qualifications

- 3+ years in healthcare staffing, workforce management, HR, scheduling, or senior living operations.
- Experience with UKG, OnShift, SmartLinx, Kronos, Workday, or similar platforms; SmartLinx preferred.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Multi-site healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning: Monitor staffing levels across communities and forecast needs based on census, acuity, occupancy.
- Centralized Scheduling Support: Assist schedulers with open-shift management, coordinate regional float-pool resources, monitor overtime.
- Compliance: Ensure scheduling aligns with wage and hour laws and support audits related to staffing and labor reporting.
