Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals from initial meetings to signed contracts. This remote (USA or Canada) role targets senior living operators with many communities, where one win can open multiple locations and future opportunities.

You will close large multi-location accounts, guided by our inbound and SDR teams, with no direct reports. This is an individual contributor seat focused on strategic, high-value deals.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into senior living groups, or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large, multi-location deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing a group.
