Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals. You will close multi-location groups with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders, handling deals that span locations and services.

You will be fed qualified meetings by our SDR team or inbound inquiries, with a 2M+ annual quota. This is a fully remote role across the USA or Canada, with no direct reports and no team building required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing multi-location/enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to senior living operators or similar multi-location buyers.
• Strong consultative, long-cycle sales with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close for large deals.
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at senior living groups.
• Expand with more locations and services after a hit.
• Collaborate with strategists to craft compelling proposals for top deals.
