Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals from the first meeting with ownership to contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on high-value opportunities across senior living groups.

The seat carries a $2M annual quota, with leads provided by the SDR and inbound channels. You will close multi-location deals and expand to new locations and services as groups sign.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after a sign-on.
