Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with a focus on closing strategic, multi-location senior living accounts across the USA and Canada.

The seat targets $2M in annual quota with deals covering many locations. You will work with senior living operators, regional leaders and marketing executives, with no direct reports or team-building

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build deals that matter.
