Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals, from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota, remote across the USA or Canada, no direct reports and no management duties.

You will engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, closing multi-location accounts and expanding to additional locations and services as groups sign.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into senior living groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
