Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on strategic, multi-location accounts across the USA and Canada.

You will manage the full cycle on high-value opportunities, coordinate with ownership, regional operators and marketing leaders, and expand by signing groups that cover many locations.

Qualifications

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into senior living groups or marketing and agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers; non-management, individual contributor role.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deal with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: secure more locations and services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
