Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota, remote across the USA or Canada.

You will partner with ownership and senior leaders, closing multi-location deals and expanding across more locations and services as groups sign.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers and no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multi-location groups.
• Expand by adding locations and services once a group signs.
