Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Senior Living to lead our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close multi-site senior living opportunities with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, often spanning multiple communities and services.

This remote role concentrates on high-impact, long sales cycles with a $2M annual quota. You will own the full cycle and expand accounts across locations, all with inbound or SDR-assisted meetings set

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annual deals.
• Experience selling to multi-location senior living groups or similar buyers.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deal cycle from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in negotiations.
• Drive expansion to new locations and services after signings.
• Collaborate with strategists to build compelling proposals for key deals.
