Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, and a remote position across the USA or Canada.

The role carries a $2M annual quota and focuses on large groups spanning many communities. You will engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders to close high-value accounts, with long, consultative cycles and multi-location

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annual deals in large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large multi-location deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand accounts by adding locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
