As Regional Sales Director for Senior Living, you own the end-to-end process for the largest deals, from initial ownership meetings to signed contracts, with multi-site impact and high-stakes negotiation.

You lead multi-location opportunities, guided by inbound leads and a dedicated sales development team, handling ownership stakeholders and marketing leaders

Qualifications

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into senior living groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
