Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency serving senior living operators and home care groups, seeks a Director of Sales for Senior Living. You own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, targeting multi-site operators across the US and Canada.

You will close high-value, strategic engagements with owners, regional leaders and marketing executives, with support from inbound leads and a focused development team.

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing $1M+ per year on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location operators.
• Long consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer not to be in management role; focus on closing.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand to additional locations and services after sign.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership for major deals.
