Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving senior living operators and home care agencies with multi-location communities. As Head of Sales for Senior Living, you own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting through signed contracts, with one win covering many locations.

You will work with our inbound team to close deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, managing long, consultative cycles and aiming at a $2M annual quota across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• A record of closing large multi-location deals is required.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers is preferred.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers are typical.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multi-location groups.
• Expand with more locations and services after a group signs.
