Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director for Senior Living. You own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, closing across owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.

With a $2M annual quota across select accounts, you will work autonomously with inbound leads and strategic outbound opportunities. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on high-value, multi-location opportunities in North America.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually in multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing over building teams or management.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand by adding locations and services after a signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on key deals.
