Qualifications

• Must have a track record of closing $1M+ in annual deals.
• Experience selling into multi-location senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Extensive, consultative sales cycles with several decision-makers; not suited for high-volume, single-location roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, 3–12 month horizon.
• Interact with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Develop proposals with strategists and leadership for the key deals.
