As Regional Sales Director for Senior Living, you own large multi-location deals—from initial meeting to signed contracts—and your success spans multiple locations.

This is an individual contributor role with a heavy quota and no direct reports. You will close high-value deals with owners and operators while our team sources qualified meetings for you.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling into senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after sign-on.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on high-impact deals.
