Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location deals from initial meeting to signed contracts. You’ll work on high-stakes opportunities across senior living groups, driving multi-location expansion and strategic growth.

In this role you will manage the full sales cycle (3–12 months) with owners and marketing leaders, closing large multi-location deals, and coordinating with strategists to win the deals that matter most.

Qualifications

• Close $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Sell into senior living groups or marketing and agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
