Drucker & Falk, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a 55+ senior living community. The role covers staff supervision, leasing, rent collection, and budget control to keep the property well‑maintained and financially stable.

Responsibilities include training staff, hiring and evaluating employees, maintaining payroll and financial records, and coordinating maintenance and vendor work. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 4 year Degree (preferred)
• 2 year Associates Degree
• 7 years general, Full Time business experience
• 3 years experience in Property Management

Responsabilités

• Train and supervise staff under their supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees per Drucker + Falk LLC policy.
• Prepare written evaluations of employees and recommend salary increases/advancement.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to payroll policies.
• Assist in leasing apartments and prepare leases.
• Assist in collection of rents and handle delinquency matters.
• Maintain financial records for the property.
• Adhere to accounting policies, including accounts payable and budgeting items.
• Purchase office supplies per policy.
• Supervise outside contractors.
• Handle move-ins/move-outs and inspections.
• Ensure clean, well-maintained community.
• Work within budget and report variances to Regional Property Manager.
• Resolve resident complaints.
• Report accidents to Regional Property Manager and file reports.
• Ensure maintenance requests are handled promptly.
• Inspect property and improvements and address deficiencies.
• Schedule maintenance and office coverage.
• Market the apartment community.
• Assist in preparing the annual operating budget.

Formation

4 year Degree (preferred)

2 year Associates Degree
