Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC seeks a Property Manager to oversee all phases of property operations under the Regional Property Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintain budgets, and ensure a high-quality living environment for residents.

The role requires strong organizational and customer service skills, experience in property management, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and vendors while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred.
• 2 year associate degree.
• 7 years general, full-time business experience.
• 3 years experience in Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff.
• Hire and terminate employees per policy.
• Prepare payroll records and adhere to cutoff dates.
• Assist in leasing apartments and sign leases.
• Collect rents and handle delinquency matters.
• Maintain financial records and comply with accounting policies.
• Supervise outside contractors on the property.
• Handle move-ins/outs and unit inspections.
• Address resident complaints and maintain a clean community.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual operating budget.
