Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operation under the direction of the Regional Property Manager, including administration, maintenance, and supervision of personnel and resources to keep the property in good physical condition and fiscally stabilized.

You will hire and terminate staff, supervise payroll, prepare leases, collect rents, manage budgets, coordinate with contractors, and ensure residents enjoy a well-maintained

Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred
• 2 year Associate degree required or preferred
• 7 years general, full-time business experience
• 3 years experience in Property Management

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under their supervision
• Hire and terminate employees per policy
• Prepare leases and related forms
• Assist in leasing apartments and collect rents
• Maintain financial records and adhere to accounting policies
• Supervise outside contractors on the property
• Manage move-ins and move-outs and insure property is well-maintained
• Prepare annual operating budget in collaboration with Regional Property Manager
• Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants and vendors
• Travel as required
