Job summary

Drucker + Falk LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of a residential property under the direction of the Regional Property Manager. Responsibilities include administration, personnel management, leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and ensuring the property stays in good physical and fiscal condition.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in property management, strong leadership, and a track record of maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Property Management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of residential property management practices and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under your supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees in accordance with policy.
• Prepare leases and related forms; collect rents and address delinquencies.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to payroll policies.
• Supervise outside contractors and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure move-ins/outs are smooth and property remains well maintained.
• Assist in leasing apartments and budgeting with Regional Property Manager.
• Handle resident complaints and maintain accurate financial records.
