Job summary

Drucker + Falk LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations, including staff supervision, leasing, budgeting and maintenance. The role requires coordinating with the Regional Property Manager to maintain physical and fiscal standards of the property.

Responsibilities include hiring, evaluating staff, processing leases, collecting rents, and ensuring resident satisfaction while managing budgets and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• One or more of the following:
• 4 year Degree (preferred)
• 2 year Associates Degree
• 7 years general, Full Time business experience
• 3 years experience in Property Management
• ARM, CAM, RAM, or HCCP preferred

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under their supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees in accordance with Drucker + Falk LLC policy.
• Prepare and sign all leases and related forms.
• Assist in leasing apartments and collection of rents and delinquency matters.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and adhere to payroll policies.
• Manage budgets and work with Regional Property Manager on operating budgets.
• Ensure property is well maintained and residents are satisfied.
• Supervise outside contractors and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Travel as required.

Education

4 year Degree (preferred)

2 year Associates Degree

7 years general, Full Time business experience

3 years experience in Property Management
