Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of the operation of a residential property under the guidance of the Regional Property Manager. The role includes administration, maintenance, staffing and resource control to keep the property in good physical and fiscal condition.

You will train staff, hire/terminate per policy, evaluate performance, and ensure leases, rents, and records are accurate.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree (preferred) or 2 year Associates as alternative.
• Experience in property management and general business operations.
• Knowledge of residential property management best practices.
• Familiarity with leasing, budgeting, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff; manage personnel and payroll records.
• Hire and terminate employees per company policy; evaluate performance.
• Prepare leases, collect rents and handle delinquencies.
• Maintain property finances and budgeting processes.
• Oversee maintenance, contractors, and office operations.
• Manage move-ins/outs, inspections, and resident relations.
• Monitor marketing for apartment community and budget adherence.
• Communicate with Regional Property Manager and owners.
