Job summary

Drucker + Falk is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all phases of property operations under the direction of the Regional Property Manager. The role includes administration, maintenance, and control of personnel to keep the property in good physical condition and fiscally stable.

You will train staff, hire/terminate, evaluate performance, and ensure compliant payroll, leasing, and rent collection. Travel is required and interaction with residents, vendors, and owners is frequent.

Qualifications

• One or more of the following:
• 4 year Degree (preferred)
• 2 year Associates Degree
• 7 years general, Full Time business experience
• 3 years experience in Property Management

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise all staff under their supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees in accordance with Drucker + Falk LLC policy.
• Perform written evaluations of employees and recommend salary increases/advancement.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to payroll policies.
• Assist in leasing apartments and prepare/ sign leases.
• Assist in collection of rents and handle delinquency matters.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and maintain financial records.
