Drucker + Falk is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations under the Regional Property Manager. The role covers administration, maintenance, staffing, budgeting, lease administration, rent collection, and vendor coordination.

The position requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring the property remains well-maintained and financially stable.

Qualifications

• 4 year Degree (preferred)
• 2 year Associates Degree
• 7 years general, Full Time business experience
• 3 years experience in Property Management

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff
• Hire and terminate staff per policy
• Evaluate staff and recommend raises/advancement
• Maintain payroll records
• Lease apartments and prepare leases
• Assist in rent collection and delinquency management
• Maintain financial records and budgets
• Supervise outside contractors
• Manage move-ins/move-outs and property inspections
• Market the apartment community and manage annual operating budget
