Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all facets of property operations under the Regional Property Manager. Responsibilities include staffing, leasing, and financial oversight to keep the community well maintained and fiscally stable.

Qualifications include a 4-year degree (preferred) or an associate degree, plus property management experience and relevant certifications. Travel and strong customer service are expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 4 year Degree (preferred).
• 2 year Associates Degree.
• ARM, CAM, RAM, or HCCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and be responsible for work performed by all staff members under their supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees in accordance with Drucker + Falk LLC policy.
• Perform written evaluations of employees and recommend salary increases and/or advancement.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to payroll policies and cutoff dates.
• Assist in leasing apartments and prepare leases and related forms.
• Assist in collection of rents and handle delinquency matters.
• Maintain records of all financial transactions for the property.
• Supervise outside contractors working on the property.
• Handle move-ins and move-outs with apartment inspections and check-outs.
• Market the apartment community and participate in annual operating budget planning.
• Communicate with employees, residents, applicants, and vendors; travel as required.
