Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all phases of property operations under the Regional Property Manager. Responsibilities include staff supervision, leasing, budgeting, and maintaining physical condition and fiscal operation of the property.

You will hire and terminate staff per company policy, prepare leases, collect rents, coordinate maintenance, supervise contractors, and ensure responsive service to residents while staying within budget.

Qualifications

• One or more of the following: 4 year Degree (preferred); 2 year Associates Degree; 7 years general, full time business experience; 3 years experience in Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff members under supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees according to policy.
• Prepare written evaluations and recommend salary increases/advancement.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to payroll policies.
