Job summary

The Residence at Village Greens is seeking a Move-in Coordinator to build relationships, provide clear information, and help families envision life in our community. The role supports the sales process and coordinates move-in efforts.

You will greet prospective residents, manage move-in paperwork, ensure apartment readiness, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with leadership and local partners to drive referrals and positive community experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Active driver’s license in good standing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming first contact for prospects and families, guiding them through the senior living journey.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth move-in transitions for residents.
• Coordinate move-in documentation to build a complete file.
• Preview leased apartments to ensure readiness prior to move-in.
• Maintain CRM records of leads and communications.
• Lead tours and conversations to explain community lifestyle and care options.
• Foster relationships with community organizations to drive referrals.
• Organize outreach, marketing campaigns, events, and open houses.
• Represent the community’s mission with ethical, relationship-centered communication.
