Cogir Senior Living seeks a Move-In Coordinator to ensure smooth transitions for new residents, leveraging knowledge of the community’s services to represent it accurately to referrals and prospects.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retirement housing or related sales, strong teamwork, and familiarity with Excel/Outlook. The role supports a fast-paced environment and may require weekend/evening work.

Formación

• High School diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales/marketing preferred.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and quotas.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Community Relations Director in plans to acquire and manage leads and increase census.
• Qualify prospects, convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, walk-in, and mail; update CRM with inquiry data.
• Offer community tours and marketing materials to prospective residents and families.
• Prepare routine/special sales and marketing reports and follow up with prospects.
