Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Marketing to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage lead flow, utilize CRM, and assist in closing sales with prospects.
• Coordinate events, plan budgets, and maintain marketing materials.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
