The Move-In Coordinator will work closely with future residents and their families on move logistics and readiness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Clear verbal and written English.
• Ability to work weekends, as scheduled.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident files and apartment readiness lists with data entry support.
• Coordinate move-in logistics and ensure room readiness.
• Greet and orient new residents and families; follow up for smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate pre- and post-move-in needs.
• Conduct prospect follow-up calls and support events and tours as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
