Aster Place Assisted Living is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to support the sales and move-in process by coordinating with families, residents, and the sales team at the community. You will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, well-prepared apartment and a smooth transition for new residents.

The role requires strong customer service, willingness to travel between communities as needed, and the ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Geriatric advocacy passion and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Willing to travel between communities and events; flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in processes with the sales team, families, residents and community leaders.
• Ensure apartment readiness and smooth transition for new residents.
• Maintain clear communication with facility team and customers throughout the move-in timeline.
