Job summary

Integral Senior Living in California is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to greet prospective residents, coordinate apartment access, and ensure a smooth move-in day. You will work with the leasing team to prepare apartments, verify cleaning, and guide new residents through onboarding.

The role emphasizes customer service, hospitality, and teamwork across departments, including coordinating meals, orientation, and daily communications for new residents during the first days.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• One year of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Senior Living / Multi Family / New Home experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospective residents during leasing process to build rapport.
• Assists pre-leased residents with timely apartment access and measurements.
• Attends daily stand-up meetings and coordinates move-in communications with departments.
• Ensures apartments are ready through final cleaning and punch list completion.
• Performs final walk-through and sets up resident handbooks, thermostat, etc.
• Coordinates move-in logistics with residents and movers.
• Welcomes residents on move-in day and provides community orientation.
• Delivers a welcome gift/basket and meals on move-in day.
• Coordinates initial 1–3 days of dinner/activities and introductions to ambassadors.
• Reviews celebrations calendar and introduces residents to the FitCamp Trainer.
• Other duties as assigned.
