Job summary

Life Care Services is seeking a Move In Coordinator to support resident move-in/out and back up the sales and marketing team. You will handle data entry into the sales system and coordinate with operations to ensure units are ready for new residents.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with the sales team, and the ability to assist with unit selections. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• College courses or experience in marketing preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry into the sales system; ensure all sales, deposits, move-ins/outs are updated timely and accurately.
• Assist Director and Residency Counselor with the sales process as needed.
• Coordinate visits with future residents for paint/flooring selections and unit customizations; ensure units are ready at final walk-through.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out details with facilities teams to ensure timely unit availability.
