Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a VP of Sales for Senior Living who will own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will manage the full cycle on large deals, typically 3 to 12 months, with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annual revenue.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close, typically 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after a win.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on high-impact proposals.
