Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Senior Living to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, targeting senior living groups with many communities across the US and Canada.

You will close multi-location deals within a 3–12 month cycle, engaging owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and expand to additional locations and services after signing.

Qualifications

• Must have closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Individually driven; not a people manager role.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle on large deals from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after signing a group.
• Craft proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
