Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. The role is remote (USA or Canada) with no direct reports, focusing on senior living groups that span many locations.

The seat involves closing large, multi-location opportunities with owners and operators, guided by inbound and our sales development team. You will drive end-to-end deals that expand across locations and services.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
