Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focusing on strategic senior living accounts where one close covers many locations.

You will manage full sales cycles of 3 to 12 months, engage owners and regional leaders, and expand services across locations after signing.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
