Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a VP of Sales for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals, from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on closing large multi-location accounts across the USA and Canada.

You’ll manage the full cycle for deals typically spanning 3 to 12 months, collaborating with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and expanding engagements once a group signs.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for multi-location deals (3–12 months).
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand engagements to additional locations and services after sign-off.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for priority deals.
