Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Business Development for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no reports.

You will manage a $2M annual quota, closing deals across senior living operators and home care groups. The position is remote (USA or Canada) with aggressive growth opportunities and strategic accounts across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ yearly on large multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living operators or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Negotiate contracts with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand to more locations and services after signatures.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on proposals for high-value deals.
